How to prepare for a Sound Bath
It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing; you will be lying on a padded mat on the floor. Pillows and blankets will be provided, however, please bring any additional items that will allow you to be comfortable for an hour session (examples might include an eye mask or special bolsters for under your knees if you need something more than just a regular pillow). Please arrive 15 minutes early to give you time to settle in. The session will begin with a brief overview of what you can expect during the sound bath. Through the course of the session, I will be playing ancient Tibetan singing bowls and other sound tools in patterns designed to help you achieve a deeply relaxed meditative state that allows you to connect with your inner creativity and intuitive self. Spending time in this state provides a profound sense of healing and well being leaving you feeling centered, at peace and revitalized.
